Job Overview

We are seeking a seasoned professional to lead our Global System Integrator (GSI) Alliances strategy, responsible for driving revenue growth and partner engagement.

The ideal candidate will possess extensive experience in alliance and indirect sales management roles, with a proven track record of success in the GSI sector.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute a comprehensive GSI partner strategy to drive forecast, bookings, and revenues
  • Lead a high-performing team to accelerate revenue growth through strategic relationships with partners at executive levels
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to guide our offering from product management to product marketing, scaling it through the global sales organization
Requirements
  • Minimum 10 years of experience in alliance and indirect sales management roles
  • Proven leadership and presentation skills, with the ability to communicate complex ideas effectively
  • Deep commercial experience encompassing revenue and margins, with a strong understanding of open source technologies and their applications
  • Able to work autonomously, with a disciplined and hands-on approach to achieving results
