About the Role

We are seeking a skilled professional to join our team as an Implementation Consultant. In this role, you will be responsible for implementing our safety management software, providing timely and effective support to our clients, and ensuring successful project delivery.

  • Kick off implementation projects with clear information on project scope and deliverables.
  • Manage multiple projects concurrently and ensure timely action and successful delivery of milestones through the entire implementation cycle.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to facilitate implementations and provide a clean and thorough hand-over following implementation to support or the Customer Success Manager.
Required Skills and Qualifications

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • 2-4 years' experience within an OHS or workers compensation role highly preferred.
  • Proficient in project management tools, MS Office Applications, and CRM tools (Salesforce).
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with clients and internal teams.
