Job Overview

We are seeking a highly experienced Senior Marketing Technology Leader to drive the integration of marketing and technology.

This role will lead the development and implementation of scalable, secure, and interoperable marketing systems.

The ideal candidate combines deep technical expertise with strategic vision to enable data-driven marketing capabilities.

Main Responsibilities
  • Marketing Technology Architecture:
    • Design and execute the enterprise marketing technology architecture.
    • Lead the integration of martech platforms with core enterprise systems.
    • Evaluate emerging technologies and recommend adoption strategies.
  • Platform Engineering & Integration:
    • Oversee the engineering and deployment of marketing systems.
    • Ensure seamless integration of martech platforms.
    • Drive API-first development and microservices architecture.
  • Data Infrastructure & Governance:
    • Collaborate with data engineering teams to build robust data pipelines.
    • Ensure data quality, lineage, and governance across customer data platforms.
  • Operational Excellence:
    • Establish DevOps practices for marketing technology deployments.
    • Manage vendor relationships and contracts.
  • Leadership & Collaboration:
    • Lead a cross-functional team of engineers and technical leads.
    • Partner with Marketing, Data, Security, and Infrastructure teams.

Requirements:

  • 10+ years of experience in enterprise technology leadership.
  • Pega CDH, Adobe, and communication technologies.
  • Proven experience in architecting large-scale marketing technology stacks.
  • Strong understanding of cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP), APIs, data integration, and security frameworks.
  • Excellent leadership, stakeholder management, and communication skills.
