Lead the Future of Audio Entertainment

As a seasoned professional, you will have the opportunity to take your career to the next level by leading a dedicated team in delivering exceptional technology services that support the performance and productivity of all staff across the state.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee the day-to-day operations of the engineering team, ensuring smooth delivery of services by actively collaborating with internal stakeholders, functional teams, and senior leaders.
  • Provide insight and guidance on technology issues that impact business performance, and contribute to broader strategic discussions.
  • Recommend and lead the implementation of improvements to specialised audio and visual systems, working closely with senior leaders and local teams to enhance technical capability and support business goals.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Relevant qualification in electronic engineering or information technology.
  • 5 years' experience in contemporary radio, TV, or recording studios, or 5 years' experience in contemporary information technology infrastructure, operating systems, and applications.
  • Proven experience in a technology management role.
  • Understanding of ITIL service support and delivery management.
