Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead a dynamic team focused on driving innovation and scaling assurance activities across Technology.
  • Leverage advanced approaches such as AI and data analytics, collaborate with other functions, and develop creative and effective assurance solutions.
  • Work closely with senior stakeholders to influence decisions, address control issues, and drive remediation efforts.
  • Partner with subject matter experts across the organization to scale assurance activities and embed control improvements within the broader technology landscape.

  • Deep expertise in technology risk, control frameworks, and assurance methodologies.
  • Proven experience leading assurance, audit, or risk management teams within a Technology environment.
  • Success in innovating assurance approaches, leveraging tools like AI and data analytics.
  • Exceptional communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to influence and align on complex control issues.
  • Strong leadership skills to inspire and develop a global team while delivering high-quality outcomes.
