Occupational Health and Return to Work Specialist

We are seeking an experienced Occupational Health and Return to Work Specialist to join our team. This is a fantastic opportunity for a skilled professional to make a meaningful contribution to the health, wellbeing and safety of our employees.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement effective injury management and return to work strategies
  • Provide occupational health services, including health surveillance and assessments
  • Collaborate with HR and Safety teams to ensure a safe and supportive workplace
Requirements:
  • Registered Nurse with relevant occupational health qualifications and experience
  • Current unrestricted practicing certificate
  • Strong knowledge of workers' compensation legislation and spirometry training
