Strategic HR Business Partner Role

We are seeking a talented HR Business Partner to fill this key position.

  • Main Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement leadership initiatives, enhancing people management skills and leadership capability across all levels of the organisation.
  • Provide practical HR advice and coaching to line managers, empowering them to manage their teams effectively and support employee growth.
  • Conduct regular team engagement, building rapport with employees and leadership, gathering feedback, and understanding team needs.
  • Analyse trends and metrics to identify performance gaps, develop tailored solutions, and drive impactful outcomes.
  • Manage complex employee relations matters with empathy and professionalism, maintaining a positive work environment.
  • Support day-to-day performance management, setting clear expectations, providing constructive feedback, and promoting employee development.
  • Collaborate with external stakeholders to align people practices with broader business goals and objectives.
  • Develop and maintain HR policies and procedures to meet operational requirements.
  • Monitor workplace health and safety practices, ensuring a safe and secure environment for all employees.
  • Drive learning and development initiatives, fostering continuous learning and career growth opportunities.
  • Promote employee wellbeing, recognition, and a sense of belonging within the organisation.
