About the Position

About You

The ideal candidate will possess:

  • A tertiary qualification in Human Resources or a related field.
  • At least 5 years of experience in a senior HR advisory or business partnering capacity.
  • An in-depth understanding of Australian employment law, ER/IR frameworks, and compliance requirements.
