HR Business Partner

We are seeking an experienced HR Business Partner to support our business objectives and drive a high-performance culture.
The successful candidate will partner with our site-based teams to provide Employee Relations (ER) services, including performance management advice, investigation support, and the development of HR policies and procedures.
- Supporting site HR teams on ER matters, including performance management and employee engagement.
- Building site HR teams' knowledge in the ER space.
- Acting as the HR point of escalation to support and guide our site-based HR teams.
- Supporting the implementation of strategic HR initiatives.
- Assisting with the development, review and implementation of HR policies, procedures, guidelines and templates.
- Supporting talent and succession activities, including 360 and 9-box processes and calibration sessions.
- Leading senior workplace investigations and performance management processes.
- Identifying and implementing improvements and more efficient ways of working.
- Tertiary qualifications in HR or a related field required.
- Previous experience in a similar ER or HR Business Partner role.
- Advanced verbal and written communication skills.
- Demonstrated ability to work autonomously, while also being a collaborative team member.
- Highly proactive, with a focus on continuous improvement and efficiency.
- Excellent attention to detail.
