About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Financial Investment Specialist to join our team. The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in guiding our clients towards making informed financial decisions, developing tailored investment strategies, and managing client portfolios to ensure their financial success.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Conducting thorough financial assessments to understand clients' investment goals and risk tolerance.
  2. Developing and implementing customized investment plans.
  3. Monitoring and reviewing client portfolios to ensure alignment with their objectives.
  4. Continuously tracking and analyzing the performance of clients' investment portfolios. Regularly communicating with clients to provide updates on their investments and discussing potential adjustments.
  5. Discussing options with clients such as diversification, asset allocation, and specific investment opportunities.
  6. Adjusting strategies based on clients' evolving needs, life changes, or significant market developments.
  7. Helping clients identify and access various sources of funds for their investment needs. This could include personal savings, loans, or other financial products.
  8. Assessing clients' overall financial situation to identify potential risks and recommending appropriate insurance products to mitigate those risks.
  9. Executing buy and sell orders for stocks, bonds, and other securities on behalf of clients.
  10. Staying abreast of market trends and economic conditions to provide timely advice.
  11. Guiding clients on the optimal distribution of earnings from their investments. Ensuring that distribution strategies are tax-efficient and aligned with clients' long-term objectives.
  12. Selecting appropriate investment options within superannuation accounts, ensuring compliance with superannuation regulations.
  13. Coordinating with external providers to ensure a seamless and integrated approach to meeting clients' comprehensive financial needs.
  14. Ensuring that all financial documents are accurate, up-to-date, and compliant with regulatory standards.
  15. Creating and managing detailed budgets that align with clients' financial plans and investment strategies.

Qualifications and Experience:

  1. Bachelor's degree in Finance, Economics, or related field (Master's degree preferred).
  2. Relevant certifications such as CFA, CFP, or equivalent, is preferred.
  3. Proven two (2) years' of work experience in financial planning and investment advisory roles.
  4. Strong analytical skills and a deep understanding of financial markets.
  5. Excellent technical knowledge and commitment to professional development.
  6. Strong communication skills and the ability to drive long-term client relationships.
  7. The ability to consult and collaborate with others and work as an effective team member.
  8. Excellent time management and written communication skills.
  9. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and solve problems under pressure.

What We Offer:

We offer a competitive salary range of $80,000.00 – $100,000.00 per year and a dynamic work environment that fosters growth and development.
