About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Investment Research Specialist to join our team at CBRE Investment Management. As a key member of our listed real assets investment team, you will play a critical role in conducting market, asset class, and stock level research analysis to inform investment decisions.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct timely and thorough market research to identify investment opportunities
  • Analyze and evaluate company results and market information to form investment recommendations
  • Develop and communicate written presentations and reports to reflect views and recommendations
  • Collaborate with the global investment team to promote ideas and contribute to stock selection and portfolio management
  • Network with listed companies, industry participants, and leverage CBRE's global platform to stay informed and build relationships

About You

We are looking for a highly motivated and experienced professional with a strong background in equities, investment management, real estate, or infrastructure. You will have a degree in commerce, economics, finance, or business and a willingness to pursue postgraduate studies such as the CFA. You will also possess strong financial analysis, modeling, communication, marketing, and report writing skills.
