The role of Risk Management Officer is crucial in safeguarding assets and services for our organisation.
Key responsibilities include investigating and administering various insurance claims, collaborating with different teams to resolve incidents. Conducting research and providing strategic recommendations to improve processes and minimise future risks are also essential tasks.
You will support our risk management framework by assisting with software administration and providing expert advice. Additionally, you will contribute to high-level reporting, preparing critical data for senior leadership.
Assisting with organisation audits and maintaining vital information on our intranet are also key aspects of this role.
- Investigate and administer a variety of insurance claims, working closely with different teams to identify root causes.
- Conduct research and provide strategic recommendations to enhance our risk management practices.
- Support our risk management framework by assisting with software administration and providing expert advice.

- Demonstrated experience in administering and investigating various insurance claims (e.g., public liability, professional indemnity, motor vehicle).
- Strong analytical skills, with the ability to research, synthesise information, and provide clear, actionable recommendations.
- Proficiency in using risk management software or similar database systems.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills for preparing reports, correspondence, and liaising with stakeholders.
A proactive individual who can communicate effectively and contribute to a secure and efficient operational environment is required.
