Health and Safety Manager
This critical role is pivotal in our organization, ensuring the delivery of our mission while safeguarding staff and guests.
Main Responsibilities:- The ideal candidate will develop, plan, organize, and execute health and safety frameworks and programs to prevent injuries and manage risks.
- They must monitor risk, report non-compliance, and manage workers' compensation and complex cases.
- A key aspect of this role is supervising casework for employees injured at work and leading a small team.
Skill Requirements:
- Strategic thinking with excellent communication skills, attention to detail, and a solutions-focused approach.
- A demonstrated track record of successfully managing multiple programs of work within legislative frameworks.
- Ability to navigate complex issues that ensure workplace safety.
