Leading Strategic Risk Manager

We are seeking an experienced Strategic Risk Manager to lead our organisation-wide approach to safety, risk, and governance.
This pivotal role is responsible for shaping and implementing integrated frameworks for Work Health and Safety (WHS), organisational risk, governance, and business continuity.
The successful candidate will maintain and manage the corporate Risk Register and incident reporting systems, providing expert advice and reporting to the CEO and Board.
Key Responsibilities- Develop and implement strategic plans for WHS, risk management, and compliance.
- Maintain and update the corporate Risk Register and incident reporting systems.
- Provide expert advice and guidance to senior leaders on risk and WHS matters.
- Oversee governance, policy development, and accreditation processes.
- Proven experience in a senior safety, risk, or governance role.
- Deep knowledge of WHS legislation, risk management frameworks, and compliance standards.
- Strong leadership and ability to communicate complex information to stakeholders.
- Strategic thinking with the ability to translate data into actionable insights.
