About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Area Manager to join our team at Retailworld Resourcing. As a key member of our leadership team, you will be responsible for overseeing the operations of our stores across Victoria, driving sales growth, and fostering a positive and productive work environment.

Key Responsibilities
  • Leadership and Team Management: Lead, motivate, and develop store teams to deliver exceptional customer service and achieve sales targets.
  • Sales Growth and Operations: Drive sales growth and manage daily operations across the store network, ensuring stores are always looking their best.
  • Training and Development: Ensure ongoing training and development initiatives are in place to keep teams ahead of the curve.
  • Visual Merchandising: Oversee visual merchandising to ensure stores are always looking their best.
Requirements
  • 5+ years of experience in Area or Regional Management within retail.
  • Proven track record of driving sales growth and managing store operations.
  • Excellent leadership and team management skills.
  • Ability to develop and implement training and development initiatives.
  • Experience in the footwear industry is highly advantageous but not necessary.
