Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Water Resources Engineer to join our team in Perth. As a key member of our water team, you will play a critical role in delivering multi-disciplinary projects, mentoring and developing emerging engineers, and shaping our future professionals.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead and deliver hydraulic and hydrologic modeling support, focusing on technical excellence.
  • Prepare tenders and proposals, collaborating with a large number of professionals in various geographies.
  • Build relationships with internal and external clients across multiple sectors, ensuring client service satisfaction.
  • Coach and mentor junior professionals, fostering the growth and development of the team.

Requirements

  • Relevant tertiary qualifications in a related field.
  • Strong understanding of Western Australia water management planning processes and water-sensitive urban design concepts.
  • High level of proficiency in industry-standard hydrologic and hydraulic modeling software packages.
  • Excellent report writing and verbal communication skills.
