Job Title: Continuous Improvement Strategist

Job Description

We are seeking an experienced and skilled Continuous Improvement Strategist to join our operations team.

This critical role will partner closely with site leaders, frontline teams, and national stakeholders to identify opportunities, coach on best practice, and drive sustainable improvement in processes, systems, and people capability.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead the design, delivery, and embedding of continuous improvement strategies across sites
  • Facilitate workshops, events, and problem-solving sessions
  • Coach and mentor operational leaders and teams on improvement tools and behaviors
  • Analyse performance data to identify trends and prioritise improvement opportunities
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with site operations, maintenance, engineering, and support teams
  • Track and report on improvement initiatives, benefits, and capability development progress
Requirements:
  • Proven experience in leading improvement programs within manufacturing, FMCG, or similar environments
  • Formal certification in Lean Six Sigma (Green or Black Belt desirable)
  • Strong facilitation, coaching, involving, and influencing skills across all levels of the business
  • Ability to engage with, support and grow employees in a positive mindset
  • Ability to translate data into actionable insights and drive accountability
  • Proficiency in improvement tools such as 5S, Root Cause Analysis, Value Stream Mapping, Standard Work
