Job Title: Implementation Strategy Specialist

Implementing effective strategies is crucial for driving consistent project delivery across all stages of the project management continuum. We are seeking an experienced professional to lead successful implementation of projects by promoting evidence-based methods, tools, and approaches.

This role requires a broad range of skills, including planning, scheduling, governance, risk management, change management, benefit realisation, assurance, and review. The successful candidate will provide comprehensive analysis and reporting to support capability development across the organisation.

The ideal candidate will proactively monitor key programs and projects, identifying opportunities and barriers to successful delivery. They will also undertake assurance and review activities to ensure continuing learning and growth in implementation capability.

This position contributes to the development, implementation, and monitoring of strategic initiatives that enable system-wide improvements aligned with organisational objectives.
