Lead a Team of Passionate Educators

C&K Childcare & Kindergarten is seeking a dedicated and experienced Director to lead our team at Birralee Childcare Centre in Ferny Hills, Northwest Brisbane. As a key member of our leadership team, you will be responsible for delivering high-quality educational programs for children aged 0 to 5 years in a play-based learning environment.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead a team of passionate educators to deliver a quality educational program
  • Develop and implement educational programs that meet the needs of children and families
  • Build strong relationships with families and the wider community
  • Manage the overall operations and management of the centre
  • Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and C&K policies
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's Degree in Early Childhood or equivalent
  • First Aid, CPR, and Asthma and Anaphylaxis certification
  • Valid Blue Card and current Police Check
  • Collaborative mindset and ability to work as part of a team
