About the Job
At Only About Children, we are seeking a highly qualified and dedicated Diploma Educator to join our team of passionate professionals. This role presents a unique opportunity to make a meaningful difference in the lives of young children and their families.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide high-quality education, care, and development to children in our campuses, ensuring their safety and well-being at all times.
- Implement child-led play-based learning programs, leveraging our Grow curriculum to foster a love of learning in each child.
- Build strong, trusting relationships with children, families, and colleagues, promoting a sense of community and collaboration.
- Contribute to the development and maintenance of our Quality Improvement Plan (QIP), ensuring compliance with national regulations and the National Quality Framework (NQF).
- Work collaboratively with the Campus Director to drive developmental outcomes and school readiness, supporting the growth and success of each child.

Requirements
- A Diploma in Early Childhood Education from a recognized Registered Training Organization (or equivalent ACECQA approved qualifications)
- Minimum of two years full-time relevant work experience
- A genuine passion for Early Childhood education and development
- A creative, supportive, and cooperative team player
- Current Working with Children Check (Employee)
- Strong understanding of the National Quality Framework and EYLF
