About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and dedicated Diploma qualified Early Childhood Educator to join our team at Only About Children. As a key member of our campus team, you will be responsible for providing high-quality education, development, and care to our children, while delivering an exceptional customer experience and partnership experience with our families.

Key Responsibilities
  • Ensure child safety and welfare at all times by actively supervising and interacting with children.
  • Develop and implement engaging and meaningful programs that support the acquisition of skills for life and learning.
  • Build trusting relationships with each child and their families, providing a nurturing and loving environment for our children.
  • Work collaboratively with the campus team to ensure the delivery of high-quality childcare services that comply with the National Quality Framework and the Early Years Learning Framework.
  • Contribute to the development and maintenance of routines and programs specific to the room, including small groups.
  • Implement the Grow curriculum within the campus and document children's learning through the OAC Connect app.
  • Support and mentor other team members to ensure the delivery of high-quality childcare services.
Requirements
  • A Diploma in Early Childhood Education from a recognized Registered Training Organization (or equivalent ACECQA approved qualifications).
  • Minimum of two years full-time relevant work experience.
  • A genuine passion for Early Childhood education and development.
  • A creative, supportive, and cooperative team player.
  • Current Working with Children Check (Employee).
  • Strong understanding of the National Quality Framework and EYLF.
