Job Overview

We are seeking a passionate and dedicated Diploma Educator to join our team. The successful candidate will work collaboratively with our experienced educators to create a nurturing and stimulating environment for our children.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide exceptional care and support to children aged 0-5 years old.
  • Work collaboratively with colleagues to plan and deliver engaging educational programs.
  • Foster positive relationships with children, families, and the wider community.
  • Maintain a safe and clean environment that meets health and safety regulations.
Requirements
  • Certificate III and Diploma in Early Childhood Education or equivalent.
  • Minimum 2 years experience working in a similar role.
  • A genuine passion for working with young children and supporting their development.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work effectively within a team environment.
  • Full working rights for Australia.
