About This Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and dedicated Diploma Qualified Early Childhood Educator to join our team as a Room Leader at our Melbourne Campuses. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for providing high-quality education, development, and care to our children, while also ensuring a safe and engaging learning environment.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead and manage a team of educators to deliver high-quality programs and services to children
  • Develop and implement educational programs that meet the needs of children and align with the Early Years Learning Framework
  • Ensure the health, safety, and well-being of children at all times
  • Build and maintain positive relationships with children, families, and colleagues
  • Contribute to the development and implementation of policies and procedures that promote the well-being of children and staff
Requirements
  • Diploma in Early Childhood Education from a recognized Registered Training Organisation (or equivalent ACECQA approved qualifications)
  • Minimum of two years full-time relevant work experience
  • Current Working with Children Check (Employee)
  • Strong understanding of the National Quality Framework and EYLF
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work collaboratively as part of a team
