Early Childhood Educator - Diploma Qualified

Join Yarra City Council

We are seeking a motivated and organized Early Childhood Educator to join our team at Yarra City Council. As a Diploma Qualified Early Childhood Educator, you will be responsible for creating educational and care programs and environments for children attending our centre.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead the development and implementation of a quality education and care curriculum for children attending the centre.
  • Work collaboratively with colleagues and other members of the profession to contribute to the children's educational or developmental progress and wellbeing.
  • Ensure compliance with all legislative requirements and City of Yarra Policies and Procedures.

Requirements:

  • Minimum qualification of Certificate 3 or Diploma of Early Childhood Education and Care.
  • Up to date First Aid, CPR, EpiPen and Asthma Management qualification.
  • Minimum 3 years work experience.
  • Valid Working with Children Check.
