
Nursing Education Leader

We are seeking a highly qualified and experienced academic leader to join our School of Population Health.
The successful candidate will be responsible for leading the development, delivery, and enhancement of high-quality nursing education.
Main Responsibilities- Develop and deliver courses and programs at undergraduate and/or postgraduate level.
- Foster strong research partnerships and advance the reputation of UNSW through interdisciplinary research in health systems and nursing.
- Ensure alignment with national priorities, workforce needs, and UNSW's Progress for All strategy.
The successful candidate will have a PhD in Nursing or related discipline, and/or relevant work experience. They will also possess evidence of academic excellence in nursing education and research, with a national/international profile.
A key requirement is teaching and learning design using a range of pedagogical approaches, curriculum accreditation, and alignment with NMBA and TEQSA standards.
