Family Violence Specialist

We are seeking a dedicated professional to join our Rapid Response Team, delivering critical support to women and children at risk of family violence.

The successful candidate will possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively in a dynamic environment. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills are essential, as is the capacity to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines.

Key Responsibilities:
  • To provide specialized support services to individuals and families affected by family violence;
  • To work collaboratively with other professionals to develop and implement effective interventions;
  • To contribute to the development and implementation of policies and procedures related to family violence response.
Required Skills and Qualifications:

The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of family violence dynamics and the ability to provide evidence-based support services. A tertiary qualification in a relevant field, such as social work or psychology, is highly desirable. In addition, the successful candidate will possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively in a dynamic environment.
