Senior Global Account Manager

We are seeking an experienced professional to provide end-to-end account management services for allocated global accounts.
The successful candidate will collaborate with Assistant Client Service Executives to complete administrative activities related to global programmes on time and to a high standard of quality.
- Key Responsibilities:
- Guide and support Assistant Client Service Executives in account handling activities
- Support business development and client relationship activities
- Account handling and supporting Global Client Executive's and Underwriters on relevant account/activities
- Ensure renewal terms are obtained from Controlling Underwriters and information passed to and agreed with the local Client/Broker as necessary
- Communicate effectively with Underwriters, Clients, Brokers, Chubb Offices, and other external parties
- Work within the framework of Chubb's ethical and service standards
- Assist with ongoing Projects identified throughout the year for better improvement to the Global Services Department
