Cancer Care and Clinical Trials Specialist

As a skilled Pharmacist, you will play a vital role in delivering patient-centered care within a multidisciplinary team. Your primary focus will be on medication safety and optimization.
- Perform clinical assessments, monitor drug therapy, and provide personalized recommendations to patients.
- Manage the preparation, dispensing, and supply of clinical trial drugs and materials.
- Establish effective communication with various stakeholders, including project managers, CRO partners, and internal staff, to facilitate training implementation.
- Develop and implement clinical trial processes and procedures, ensuring seamless documentation for trials.

- Hold a Bachelor of Pharmacy degree or equivalent, along with current unconditional registration with AHPRA.
- Exhibit advanced computer skills, including proficiency in CHARM, Merlin, and Microsoft Office systems.
- Be a team player who enjoys collaboration and is passionate about delivering specialized patient care.
- Previous experience and/or formal study in cancer care and ability to perform complex aseptic compounding are highly valued.
- Clinical Trials experience is desirable, including knowledge of GMP, GCP, sterile compounding, and clean room work.
