Cancer Care and Clinical Trials Pharmacist

Key Responsibilities:

  • Deliver patient-centered pharmacy services, emphasizing medication safety and optimization.
  • Perform clinical assessments, drug therapy monitoring, and provide patient-specific recommendations.
  • Compounding, dispensing, and managing clinical trial drugs and supplies.
  • Liaise with various stakeholders for training implementation and clinical trial processes.
  • Implement clinical trial procedures and efficiently prepare documentation.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor of Pharmacy or equivalent with current unconditional registration.
  • High level of computer literacy, including systems knowledge of CHARM, Merlin, and Microsoft Office.
  • You must be team-oriented, enjoy collaboration, and be passionate about providing specialized patient care.
  • Previous experience and/or formal study in cancer care and complex compounding is highly regarded.
  • Clinical Trials experience is desirable, including knowledge of GMP, GCP, sterile compounding, and clean room work.

Please note that proof of immunization against infectious diseases and a national police check are mandatory requirements.
