Business Support Officer Job Summary
This role is responsible for providing administrative support services to staff and contributing to the efficient operations of Community and Family Services.
The successful candidate will be accountable for managing recruitment workflows, requisitions, and new employment contracts.
- Manage requests and queries directed to the Recruitment Inbox and respond in a timely and professional manner.
- Coordinate recruitment processes through e-recruitment, including approval, panel compositions, and contract generation.
- Process RDA's, flexible request forms, and other personnel forms in a timely manner to ensure database integrity.
- Check accuracy of information and follow procedures to avoid errors.
- Provide quality administrative support and develop recommendations to progress processes and procedures.
- Develop effective working relationships with peers, staff, and stakeholders to deliver quality communications and services.
- Maintain records and filing systems to ensure recruitment correspondence and forms are filed appropriately.
Required Skills and Qualifications
To be successful in this role, you will need:
- A National Police Check
- An Employment-related Screening Check
- The ability to work out-of-hours
- The ability to travel interstate and intrastate
- A current Australian-issued driver's licence (minimum class C)
