Recruitment Compliance Officer Job Description

This is an exciting opportunity for a skilled Recruitment/Compliance Officer to join our team and take on the challenge of ensuring all operations comply with relevant laws and regulations.

The ideal candidate will have 2-3 years of experience in recruitment and compliance, as well as managing client inquiries, consultations, and onboarding. They will be responsible for developing and implementing effective recruitment strategies to attract top talent, screening, interviewing, and onboard new staff members while maintaining accurate records and documentation.

You will also provide administrative support to various departments as needed, manage office supplies and inventory, and ensure efficient scheduling practices. This role involves consulting with families, staff, and stakeholders to meet client needs and support the Care Coordinator and Manager.
