We foster a culture of continuous learning, allowing us to invest in our employees' long-term careers.You will be responsible for collaborating with claims teams to drive the completion of work capacity and s.38 eligibility decisions.This role includes supporting capability uplift through coaching and training, quality reviews and completion of independent Work Capacity Internal Reviews (Suitable Employment and PIAWE).Your key responsibilities include:
  • Taking a hands-on approach to working with team leaders and team members by facilitating the identification of work capacity pipeline and completion of decisions to drive outcomes.
  • Analysing and reviewing data to identify claims for action, including review of claim information to confirm required actions.
  • Maintaining strong relationships with internal clients, stakeholders, and management team by demonstrating company values and behaviours.
  • Completing quality reviews of work capacity decisions and s.38 eligibility decisions to identify capability gaps.
  • Implementing and maintaining compliance frameworks addressing legislative, regulatory and policy requirements and good business practice regarding work capacity decisions.
About you:
  • You possess significant experience in Work Capacity, Claims and Injury Management.
  • You have strong analytical, evaluation and problem-solving skills to deliver innovative solutions throughout the continuous improvement lifecycle.
  • You are an excellent organiser with effective time management and prioritisation skills, along with strong stakeholder management abilities.
  • You have experience working in demanding, high-volume and deadline-driven environments.
