Job Title

A highly skilled Procurement Manager is required to lead the development of strategic capacity and warehousing resource procurement plans. The ideal candidate will possess excellent business negotiation and coordination skills, with a strong understanding of market capacity situations and price systems.

The successful applicant will be responsible for:

  • Developing intercontinental capacity and warehousing resource procurement plans, in collaboration with 2C last-mile service providers, local fleets, and warehousing resource providers.
  • Optimizing the existing supplier pool, conducting price negotiations, contract management, and performance evaluations to systematically reduce costs.
  • Analyzing the advantages and disadvantages of 2C last-mile and truck delivery service providers, managing the supplier assessment system.
  • Collaborating with internal teams to promote the implementation of production capacity and optimize existing resources.
Requirements

The successful candidate will have:

  • More than 5 years of work experience in international logistics and warehousing.
  • Experience in managing capacity procurement teams, preferably those with resources of 2C last-mile service providers and truck delivery resources.
  • Proficient in full-process supplier management, with excellent business negotiation and coordination skills.
  • Fluent in both English and Chinese, proficient in using office software and basic data analysis software.
  • Rich project management experience, excellent organizational coordination and teamwork skills, with a strong learning ability.
