Job Description

We are seeking a seasoned Capacity Planning Specialist to drive strategic programs that enhance infrastructure utilization and availability at our Data Centers in the APAC region. As a key member of our team, you will collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders to develop and implement supply chain solutions that meet customer requirements while balancing site risks.

In this role, you will leverage your analytical expertise to conduct in-depth quantitative and qualitative analysis, driving data-driven decisions that optimize resource allocation and streamline program execution. Your exceptional communication skills will enable you to effectively convey complex information to diverse audiences, ensuring seamless program delivery.

Required Skills and Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in a discipline that requires problem-solving, such as Engineering, Physics, Finance, Business, Statistics, or equivalent professional experience
  • At least 2 years of Program Management experience, with expertise in conducting in-depth quantitative and qualitative analysis and intermediate-level knowledge of Excel
  • Experience with business intelligence and data visualization tools (e.g., Tableau) and basic-to-intermediate knowledge of SQL, Visual Basic, or other programming languages
