We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Project Manager to join our team. As a key member of our organization, you will be responsible for delivering end-to-end projects on time, on budget, and to the required standards.

This is a crucial role within our business, where you will have overall responsibility for partnering closely with sales and key account management teams during the pre-sales process, conducting site assessments to understand local situations and customer needs, performing risk assessments, creating budgets and project plans tailored to customer needs, and creating accurate quotes.

  4. Setting project milestones, planning, and interfacing with customers and stakeholders throughout all project phases
  5. Ensuring that all required materials, resources, and activities are ordered, planned, and executed on time
  6. Conducting regular project plan reviews with internal and external stakeholders
  7. Managing and communicating project risks and issues, ensuring projects stay on schedule and within budget
  8. Conducting pre- and post-calculation project reviews, including lessons learned
  9. Organizing the execution of the installation and user training
Your skills and qualifications:
  • Clinical experience within Radiography, Medical Imaging, and a comprehensive understanding of healthcare digital radiographic information systems
  • Qualifications in engineering, healthcare, project management, or equivalent, and ideally be a certified project manager (PMP or equivalent)
  • A proven track record of project management experience within healthcare, equipment installation, infrastructure delivery, or construction projects in a B2B environment
  • Experience in contract and risk management, with a solid understanding of supply chain processes and working with large cross-functional teams
  • Strong negotiation, conflict, stakeholder management skills, and excellent communication abilities
  • A high level of software literacy across MS Office, Salesforce, MS Project, MS Visio, and CAD
