We are a leading global healthcare company striving to improve the lives of millions by implementing innovative solutions across Imaging, Healthcare Informatics, and Monitoring systems.

Your Role

You will apply your strong project management skills to deliver top-quality service to current and prospective clients across the region. Based at our Brisbane office, you will be responsible for multiple projects and have the opportunity to make a significant impact on the overall delivery of our ANZ business for diagnostic imaging and image-guided therapy portfolios.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Partner with Sales and Key Account Management teams during the pre-sales process
  • Conduct site assessments to understand customer needs
  • Perform risk assessments, create budgets and project plans, and create accurate quotes
  • Set project milestones, plan, and interface with customers and stakeholders throughout all project phases
  • Ensure project requirements are met, and projects stay on schedule and within expected outcomes
  • Manage and communicate project risks and issues
  • Conduct regular project plan reviews with internal and external stakeholders

Requirements:

  • Clinical experience in Radiography, Medical Imaging, and comprehensive understanding of Healthcare digital radiographic information systems
  • Qualifications in engineering, healthcare, project management, or equivalent
  • Proven track record of project management experience within healthcare, equipment installation, infrastructure delivery, or construction projects in a B2B environment
  • Experience in contract and risk management, solid understanding of supply chain processes, and working with large cross-functional teams
  • Strong negotiation, conflict, stakeholder management skills, and excellent communication abilities
