Key Responsibilities

  1. Lead the day-to-day running of the practice, ensuring smooth and efficient operations
  2. Manage and support the admin team, including recruitment, training, rostering, and performance management
  3. Build strong relationships with doctors, nurses, patients, and external partners
  4. Streamline and enhance systems, policies, and procedures to improve service delivery
  5. Monitor budgets, billing, and financial performance
  6. Maintain compliance with healthcare standards and regulations
  7. Contribute to strategic planning and growth of the practice
