Key Responsibilities:

  • Talent Management and Development: Oversee the full employee lifecycle, including recruitment, onboarding, performance management, and offboarding processes.
  • Employee Engagement and Culture: Champion a high-performing workplace culture that encourages collaboration, innovation, and continuous improvement.
  • HR Operations and Compliance: Ensure accuracy and compliance with relevant regulations through effective HRIS/employee records management.
  • Leadership and Team Development: Build and lead a high-performing HR team, providing coaching, mentorship, and professional development opportunities.
