We are currently looking for a Customer Success Director – ANZ to join our Sydney team. This full-time permanent leadership role will see you shaping and executing the Customer Success strategy across ANZ, leading high-performing teams, and ensuring our customers achieve outstanding value at every stage of their journey.
Responsibilities- Leading and inspiring multi-disciplinary Customer Success teams across ANZ
- Developing and delivering the Customer Success strategy and roadmap
- Driving sustainable revenue growth through retention, cross-sell, and upsell opportunities
- Acting as the senior escalation point and ensuring exceptional service delivery
- Overseeing operational excellence across Help Desks, Implementation, and PMO
- Championing customer advocacy to inform product, service, and process improvements
- Leading CRM strategy and implementation to strengthen data-driven decision making
- Building leadership capability and promoting professional growth within your teams
- You're a proven senior leader with deep experience in customer success, service delivery, or account management, ideally in SaaS or healthcare technology. You thrive on building strong relationships, leading through transformation, and delivering measurable impact for customers and the business.
- Minimum 10 years' leadership experience in Customer Success, Service Delivery, or Account Management
- Proven experience leading multi-disciplinary, geographically dispersed teams across ANZ or similar regions
- Strong commercial acumen with a track record of driving retention, satisfaction, and revenue growth
- Experience overseeing large-scale service delivery operations
- Senior level leadership experience with strategy, budgeting, and growth accountability
- Background in SaaS, healthcare technology, or complex B2B software environments
- Exceptional communication, stakeholder management, and influencing skills
- Experience implementing or leading CRM transformation programmes
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Sales, Management, or related field
