Job Title: Team Coordinator

  As a key member of our Human Resources Department, you will play a vital role in supporting the HR Manager and team in their daily activities across the employee lifecycle as we strive to achieve our vision.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Organise team meetings, team building activities, travels and HR initiatives.
  • Drafting of contracts and employment letters.
  • Support the onboarding/offboarding processes.
  • Collate data and information for the HR Dashboard System - Metrics to measure our success.

Requirements:

  • Tech Savvy - Seeking ways to utilise technology to improve the way we work and deliver our service.
  • Self-disciplined, organised and demonstrates high attention to detail.
  • Relationship focused and service orientated.
  • Consistently seeking ways to improve our system and processes to deliver quality service to the organisation.
  • Energetic and can easily adjust to different personalities and pace of work.
