As a key member of our construction team, we're looking for an experienced Site Supervisor to take full ownership of multiple projects.

We're currently working on a diverse pipeline of high-end residential and commercial developments across the Gold Coast and Brisbane.

This role is ideal for someone who thrives on hands-on supervision and project management, with a solid understanding of construction techniques and regulations.

You'll be responsible for leading construction teams, subcontractors, and suppliers, as well as managing project schedules, budgets, and plans.

Your goal will be to deliver top-quality results while maintaining site discipline and ensuring compliance with building codes and safety regulations.

We're looking for someone with strong leadership skills, technical knowledge, and excellent communication skills.

  • Key Responsibilities:
  • Hands-On Supervision: Oversee site activities and lead construction teams to ensure everything runs smoothly.
  • Project Management: Develop and manage project schedules, budgets, and plans to meet deadlines and stay within budget.
  • Stakeholder Liaison: Communicate effectively with clients, architects, and other stakeholders to address concerns and provide updates.
  • Compliance: Ensure all work meets building codes, safety regulations, and company standards.
  • Procurement & Logistics: Manage materials, equipment, and site logistics to minimize delays and costs.
  • Problem Solving: Anticipate and resolve issues proactively to keep projects on track.
  • Drive Efficiency: Identify opportunities to improve processes and implement more efficient construction methods.

What We're Looking For:

  • Experience: 3+ years in a similar role, managing and supervising projects, preferably with medium-to-high-density residential or commercial builds.
  • Leadership: Strong leadership skills to inspire teams and maintain site discipline.
  • Technical Knowledge: Solid understanding of construction techniques, NCC, and relevant regulations.
  • Communication: Excellent communication skills to work effectively with clients, teams, and stakeholders.
  • Problem-Solving: Ability to think critically and resolve issues quickly.
