- Demonstrating financial management skills, including reducing costs and meeting budgets.
- Verifying subcontractors' claims and variations.
- Implementing and communicating risk controls and actions involved in project delivery and implementation.
- Reporting on project performance, compliance, defects, and non-conformance.
- Undertaking safety, environment, and quality risk assessments to ensure acceptable quality of structures and finishes.
- Construction management and technical skills relevant to the program of work and discipline area.
- Experience in planning, development, and review of complex projects.
- Implementation of audits and schedule processes.
- Skills in document and record management, progress, and performance reporting.
- Risk assessment and monitoring of risk controls in project delivery.
- Proficiency in relevant software: Microsoft Suite; Primavera 6 (advantageous), Aconex, etc.
- Strong communication skills, including facilitating meetings and basic cost control skills.
