Job Title: Senior Site Supervisor

We are seeking a seasoned project leader to support the delivery of commercial and residential projects.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead site-based activities across various projects.
  • Supervise subcontractors, trades, and internal teams to drive project outcomes.
  • Assist in project planning, programming, and delivery.
  • Prepare and review tenders, quotations, trade packages, and construction programs.
  • Provide accurate estimations and contribute to cost control.
  • Conduct site inspections and manage compliance with building standards.
  • Oversee workplace health and safety practices, including audits, inspections, and plant checks.
  • Ensure risk assessments and safe work method statements are in place.
  • Promote a culture of safety, quality, and accountability on site.

Requirements:

  • Construction industry background.
  • Current Workplace Health and Safety General Safety Induction Card.
  • Proven supervisory experience on large-scale projects.
  • Strong knowledge of construction methodologies and compliance regulations.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Project or similar software.
  • Formal qualifications or certification in construction or a related field.
  • Strong computer skills and reporting abilities.
