Job Title: Senior Construction Site Coordinator

A leading construction organization seeks an experienced and skilled Senior Construction Site Coordinator to oversee project execution.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Conduct thorough site inspections to ensure quality and safety outcomes.
  • Coordinate trades onsite, working closely with the site manager to guarantee projects are completed on time and to a high standard.
  • Maintain a strong reputation by upholding company values at all times.
  • Ensure projects are completed safely, efficiently, and to a high standard.

Requirements:

  • 3+ years of experience in a similar role in class 2 – 9 construction as defined under the building codes of Australia (BCA).
  • Relevant trade background and competencies.
  • Open Builders Supervision license issued by QBCC.
  • Excellent communication skills – both oral and written.
  • Ability to lead and motivate team members.
