Key Responsibilities
  • Respond to inbound sales enquiries from online and phone sources
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with B2B customers, providing tailored solutions to meet their business needs
  • Prepare comprehensive proposals and presentations
  • Follow up on leads and opportunities to convert them into new business
  • Manage the sales pipeline through our company database, ensuring seamless communication and customer satisfaction
  • Achieve monthly targets and key performance indicators (KPIs)
  • Provide exceptional customer service and experience, building trust and loyalty with our clients
Requirements
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Confident and courteous phone manner
  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy in all aspects of work
  • High energy levels, self-motivation, and excellent organisational skills
  • Drive to achieve or exceed monthly KPI targets
  • Commitment to delivering the highest level of customer service and experience
  • Comfortable using technology to streamline processes and improve efficiency
  • Previous sales experience, preferably in a similar industry
