We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced secretary to provide exceptional support to our Family Law practitioners and clients.

About the Role

This is a full-time position within a team of Secretaries/Legal Assistants, requiring a proactive and reliable individual with a strong work ethic.

To be successful in this role, you will have a minimum of 2 years' experience in a secretarial role in a law firm, preferably in Family Law. You must possess excellent communication skills, strong word processing abilities, and attention to detail.

Responsibilities include:

  • Word processing and document preparation;
  • Diary management and calendar organization;
  • File management and data entry;
  • Monthly billing and financial administration;
  • Other ad hoc duties as required.
