The position:

Due to an internal promotion and growth within our legal team, we are looking for an experienced legal secretary or paralegal to join our Ipswich team.

You will join a high-performing, experienced, and close-knit legal team and will be responsible for providing high-quality legal support for at least two lawyers.

As a member of the support team, you will also be responsible for providing back-up reception support including answering a high volume of telephone calls, receiving and announcing visitors to the office, and new client coordination.

This is an incredibly exciting opportunity to join one of Queensland's largest specialist family law firms and to work with a diverse group of highly skilled and experienced family lawyers and support staff.

The candidate:

We're looking for someone who can hit the ground running and who has the skills and the drive to support multiple senior family lawyers from the get-go.  To be successful for this position, you must have previous experience as a legal secretary or paralegal.
