About the SMP Supervisor Role

We are seeking experienced professionals to supervise and manage structural, mechanical, and piping systems.

  • Supervise the installation, maintenance, and inspection of systems.
  • Ensure work complies with project specifications, engineering standards, and regulatory requirements.
  • Coordinate with project managers and stakeholders to meet project milestones.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Review contract and specifications to develop methodology and staffing requirements.
  • Liaise with personnel and subcontractors engaged in planning and executing work procedures.
  • Inspect work in progress to ensure quality and adherence to the construction schedule.

Requirements:

  • Tertiary qualifications in mechanical engineering or related trade.
  • Strong leadership qualities to inspire teams effectively.
  • Adaptability and problem-solving skills for a dynamic work environment.

As an SMP Supervisor, you will be responsible for overseeing various aspects of system management.
