Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced SMP Supervisor to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing the installation, maintenance, and inspection of structural, mechanical, and piping systems.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in project management, with excellent communication and leadership skills. They will be able to coordinate with project managers, engineers, and other stakeholders to ensure project milestones are met.

A key aspect of this role is ensuring all work complies with project specifications, engineering standards, and regulatory requirements. This includes reviewing contract and specification documents to develop methodology and staffing requirements.

The successful candidate will also be responsible for liaising with and directing personnel and subcontractors engaged in planning and executing work procedures, interpreting specifications, and coordinating various phases to prevent delays.

To be considered for this position, you will need to have a thorough understanding of the project scope and be able to develop QA documentation packages in accordance with contracts and SOWs.

  • Key Responsibilities:
