Design and Deliver Custom Solutions

We are seeking a skilled Mechanical Engineer to join our team. As a key member of our engineering group, you will be responsible for designing and delivering custom mechanical solutions that meet the highest quality standards.

  • Develop and engineer high-performance custom mechanical hoisting solutions that include motors, hoists, gearboxes, clamps & weighing scales for stage rigging applications
  • Utilize CAD software (preferably Inventor) to create detailed and accurate designs
  • Conduct finite element analysis (FEA) and simulations to optimize designs for performance
  • Evaluate all designs to ensure they meet strict safety protocols and standards
About the Role

This is an excellent opportunity for a Mechanical Engineer to work on exciting projects and deliver precision-engineered solutions. If you have a passion for designing and delivering high-quality custom solutions, we want to hear from you.

  • Bachelor's degree in mechanical engineering or a related field
  • Experience in motors, rigging, hoists, gearboxes, motion and lifting mechanisms ideally in the entertainment, industrial or automation sectors
  • Proven experience in weight calculations, bend force analysis, and CAD/FEA tools
  • Knowledgeable about safety standards and load cell systems for real-time weight monitoring
  • A problem-solver with a track record of delivering precision-engineered solutions
